So, here's the first installment of a series I plan on continuing for Patreon supporters: Unfinished Paintings. Named after a song from my unfinished rock musical We Want More, this will be a chance to showcase ideas that I like but haven't completed, songs that are fully written but not recorded--all of the stuff that hasn't made it to an official release. To start off, I've selected a WIP instrumental piano piece called "Ghost Rain." Click through to hear what I have to say about it!

Although I draw most often in realism, but there are also such little ghouls. This is Rain and Aether. The idea came to me at school. It was so boring in the language lesson I speak. 😮‍💨

Virga is rain or snow that evaporates before reaching the ground, cooling the air below. Both meteorological wonder and poetic symbol, it fascinates with its ghostly presence and hidden impact.

Phantom Ghoul

Here I am, back at it with a Phantom redraw because I missed my favorite ghoul!!

I have the urge to draw him and Silco together—problematic eye gang—but for now!!

After Copia’s rise to the Ministry, the archives were in shambles—completely neglected and left to their own devices, making the administrative side of things nearly impossible.

That’s why the Papa hires an archivist to help bring some order to an abbey with no proper records to speak of. And it would all be merely odd—if not for the day when, as the new employee is working and organizing the library, shadows begin to shift the course of their stay.

Close to Midnight is the sequel, BUT it can be read on its own, and it ties into the lore that’s being released bit by bit by the band. Click HERE for that one!

It’s been about a year since the events at the abbey, and by now, that chapter seems closed. And yet—without warning—the ghosts of the past return, bringing with them all the secrets of the Ministry. Soon, there’s not only a shift in leadership to face, but also the arrival of a new Papa to prepare for, all while trying to mend the damage done by those seemingly driven by pure hatred.

This story deals with heavier themes and language, includes graphic descriptions, and offers a less gentle perspective on “what people really think about the ghouls.”

There wasn’t enough Swiss content, so I personally had to fix that, but on the other hand… rain. Rain!!!

This may be the first time I draw Swiss, and I love to put him (hottie, kinda baddie) beside Rain (land/hell puppy). + I need to highlight that Rain has a fat tail. Like those silly African fat tailed gecko.
