This was super rushed to try to get some items in for Halloween, but I hope to be able to go back to it and make it look better! I had so many other visions for it, but the idea is there so now all I have to do is play with sizing, placement, and colors! Maybe have a new version debut each year for a collection! Totes and cube pouches ordered in super small quantities as a trial run! Nathan is a surf-rat kickabout from rural Victoria, which is not quite true. After all, to be dedicated enough to become a nurse in the late 70′s as a man is quite a pioneering move. Perhaps there is more to know about Nathan’s motives and drivers.

Early screencaps of some basic shapes and ideas in 3D. As the game will be shot using fixed frames for the most part, I am likely to model in low detail like this, then copy the dimensions in to photoshop where I will flesh out the scene before taking it back in to Maya to model out. I like working this way, because I have a good handle on the process the whole way through. Composition and tone are important to my work and using cross-media really helps me knuckle that down.
