This scene had in me in actual tears
fluff headcanons about the ghosts because the fandom just likes ANGST AND TO HURT ME APPARENTLY!!
- They spend hours teaching eachother languages. Thor teaches them Norwegian, Sass Lenape, Flower Spanish (often having to be prompted to remain on course but hey they try) Trevor yiddish (Alberta canonically has picked up some words). Sam even picks up a little of each in passing.
- Hetty can speak French because one of her nannies was French and they find out when Flower curses her in spanish and she retorts back “Oh you think you’re so clever speaking another language! *french noises*.”
- Nancy can also speak French. No one knows why.
- The same with Nigel and he overheard Hetty speaking it and now they converse in French on occasions where they don’t want Isaac (who can’t and won’t speak another language? to listen in.
- Sass and Thor speak Lenape to talk shit about the others. Alberta ends up picking it up a little bit she’s not mad. She just joins in.
- Pretty accepted as canon now but Trevor teaches Hetty maths on the DL.
- Thors beef with Albert’s hat is hilarious and it’s because he’s jealous he hasn’t got his helmet anymore.
- Hetty calls Thor ‘Gordon’ whenever they’re alone. Thor makes her say Hetty Love Gordon every time.
- One time she pisses him off and he makes her say it in front of the other ghosts as an apology and she acts all grumpy but she secretly finds it amusing as he prods her into it.
- “Oh Thor please!” “Thor not leave until Hetty Love Gordon” “Do I have to?!” “Yes.” “Ugh fine Hetty Love Gordon” “Hmmm more sincere?” “THOR?!” “Good enough”
- Thor is afraid of Hetty when she gets mad. He still thinks her power was sending people to hell.
- Trevor secretly pays rent to sam and jay via his illegal job. Sam knows (how do you miss an extra $350 a month?) but keeps quiet in appreciation.
i’ll think of more eventually

Your CBS Ghosts daily funny moment because I know that if you're from this fandom you strive for content #14
Nancy: Oh, face it, Pete. You're a pushover.
Pete: Because I gave in on one little thing in the interest of house harmony?
Nancy: You didn't give in on one thing. You give in on everything! You told me yourself that you never get to pick the movie on movie night.
Pete: Well, that's true.
Nancy: And you're always the caboose in the massage train!
Pete: Well, someone's gotta be!
Nancy: Why isn't it a circle, huh? That way, everyone gets their man parts rubbed!
Pete: Again, shoulders are not specific to men.

My Personal Ranking of the CBS ghosts season 1.
Okay so I gave CBS ghosts a chance about a year ago when I kept seeing the trailer and thought it sounded like a cool idea. Honesty I am big fan. Yes the first 3-4 epsidoes drag some, yes even after it picks up its cliche sometimes. But the show isn’t going for some fantastical, new original, no one has seen before. Its a American reboot of an already existing British comedy (I have not seen BBC, I do not have the streaming service it is on), that’s goal is just have colorful characters, make it’s audience laugh, and have the occasional really deep/sweet moments sprinkled into the comedy. For those goals I would say it succeeds. I laugh at most episodes, and a lot of the sweet moments (Alberta telling Issac about her father, Jay pulling out all the stops to for Sam during their homemade prom) hit. As for the characters I wanted to do a ranking list for them all through season 1, but never got around to it. With season 2 about to start I am telling myself that I cannot watch an episode until I do this. From the bottom up. slight spoilers may be below for anyone who hasn’t finished season 1
