some vent of me lamenting my lack of skills under the cut

i overestimated myself but i cant think of the most perfect painting to depict suneo and jaian with the same emotion.... i ended up picking this painting thinking "yea sure i can bullshit it enough :3" and it was going so well with the figures (i mean look at the drapery on sunechama i think i managed to simulate it by following his actual body size pretty well) but i really2 cant stand having to draw whole ass rugs and furniture... (i fucking suck at backgrounds i realized that) therefore i used the original painting, pasted it, and paint it over to fill in the gaps bcs they are smaller than the actual subject in the reference.... ah... i don't know if i learn anything from it

but ohwell one more character to draw (dorachan) i also alrd got a painting in mind that i can use as reference. i hope this time i can do it justice

Nobita and Gian ran against each other in an election to see who would become gakidaishou (leader of kids, oftentimes a bully). But after they tried to bribe and threaten their way into getting votes, almost everybody voted for Shizuka.

Another time Nobita and his friends had an election to see who would get to use the "President's Book" ("大統領の本"). First, Suneo and Nobita were elected as presidential nominees. Gian came in 3rd and Shizuka 4th. Dekisugi was the only one who didn't run.

Suneo lost support for being exposed for bribery, so Gian replaced him. Gian won after a photo surfaced of him carrying a child on his shoulders.

When he was elected, Gian confessed he actually made the child pick persimmons for him and was going to use the President's Book to make everybody do his chores. But before he was sworn in, Gian's mother took the book and told him she was the president of their household, so she became the "president".
