Lady Gianna Weds Viscount de Vanily
Earlier today, Lady Gianna Angers, the only daughter of the late Princess Isabel and Dante, the Duke of Angers, wed her boyfriend, Gabriel, the Viscount de Vanily in a private ceremony at the Havenfeld Chapel in Vanily.
The new Viscountess wore a one of a kind gown, reportedly designed by the 10th in line to the throne herself. She also wore pearl earrings, a 16th birthday gift from her parents that once belonged to her great-grandmother, Queen Helena. Her necklace was reportedly a gift from her stepmother, the Duchess of Angers and she purposely chose not to wear a tiara for the ceremony, despite inheriting her mother’s collection after her death.
The service was attended by members of both families, including the King and Queen, the Crown Princess and the Duke of Clois, the Viscount and Viscountess of Angers, the Lords Chandler and Nicodemo Angers, the Dowager Duchess of Carlisle and the Duke and Duchess of Asbury.
Stowe House and the Vanily Estate did not share pictures of the couple, but only confirmed that Lady Marie Angers, the newlywed’s niece, served as a bridesmaid to her aunt.
