Language: Giieniian (fictional; currently only spoken by fictional characters)
Meaning: Indicates an experience or attribute which cannot be described to others through spoken words -- one which is so wholly unique to yourself or so wholly inaccessible to someone else that there is no way in which it can be effectively communicated.
Example: You try to tell someone who’s been blind since birth what colors are and how they’re experienced, but you’re always missing something so vital to the experience of color that you and your would-be student both know they can never truly understand your meaning. You’re trying and trying to explain color, but it’s a kiinyrah concept. It’s inaccessible.
Here's a list showing what letters are in the Giieniian alphabet and how to pronounce them. There are a total of 29 letters, at my last count.

Also: I used my mom and sister to test whether the pronunciation guide was understandable, and got positive results, so... I hope you find it as easy to read as I intended for this alphabet to be when I made it.
A full list of the pronouns and gender/sex identity words I've created in my fictional language. Please tell me if I forgot anything, left anything out, or wasn't clear enough with my definitions. I'll do my best to include/fix anything that my friends and followers want me to address.
Pronouns and Identities
***
· II (ee)
· Indicates the self. Performs the same function as the English pronouns “I” and “me.”
· Xii (yee)
· Indicates a directly addressed second party. Performs the same function as the English Pronoun “you.”
***
· Paesah (pay-shaw)
· Indicates someone whose gender is unknown, undeclared, or unimportant to their identity as a person. Those the English language would refer to as “agender” or “genderless” will often use this pronoun to describe themselves. In the English language, this pronoun literally translates to “person” and is used interchangeably to describe both someone’s gender and their status as a thinking, feeling individual.
· Thaesy (thay-shy)
· Indicates someone whose gender identity falls somewhere in the feminine section of the gender spectrum. The English language would refer to these individuals as “girls” or “women.”
· Paesy (pay-shy)
· Indicates someone whose gender identity falls in or near the very center of the gender spectrum. Some androgynous individuals use this pronoun to describe themselves. The English language would refer to this identity as the mixed — yet distinct— “third gender” which is somewhere “between” the masculine and feminine areas of the gender spectrum.
· Kaesy (kay-shy)
· Indicates someone whose gender identity falls somewhere in the masculine section of the gender spectrum. The English language would refer to these individuals as “boys” or “men.”
· Eisy (eye-shy)
· Indicates someone whose gender identity is experienced and expressed in multiple locations on the gender spectrum simultaneously. Both biologically and mentally intersex individuals often use this pronoun to describe themselves. It is also used by those who would, in the English language, be referred to as “bigender” or polygender” as a means to describe themselves.
· Rensy (ren-shy)
· Indicates someone whose gender identity is at a solid place on the gender spectrum, but has an important connection to another category. Those who have altered their gender over time, referred to in the English language as being “transgender,” will occasionally use this pronoun as a prefix* to express the importance of both their past experience(s) and their present Identity. Individuals who would be referred to in the English language as “demigender” will often use this pronoun as a suffix* to more clearly explain the (slightly) uneven duality of their identity.
· Baesy (bay-shy)
· Indicates someone whose gender identity is fluid; sliding back and forth from one section of the gender spectrum to another over time, rather than either remaining static or transitioning in more traditionally linear fashion. The English language would refer to these individuals as being “genderfluid” or “gendervariant.”
· Nahsy (naw-shy)
· Indicates someone whose gender is nonexistent and/or unimportant to their identity as a person. Some of those the English language would refer to as “agender” or “genderless” will occasionally use this pronoun as an alternative means of describing themselves (see: paesah).
***
· Cysy (sy-shy)
· Indicates someone whose bodily structure, in some capacity or other, allows for the creation, bearing, and/or birth of physical offspring. Bodily features typically include such attributes as enlarged breasts and/or a vaginal opening. The English language would refer to these individuals as “females” or “women.” This term is used separately from the identification and/or discussion of gender, and usually isn’t used at all except in either medical or physically intimate situations.
· Dhysy (dye-shy)
· Indicates someone whose bodily structure, in some capacity or other, allows for the creation of physical offspring. Bodily features typically include such attributes as a penis and/or set of testicles. The English language would refer to these individuals as “males” or “men.” This term is used separately from the identification and/or discussion of gender, and usually isn’t used at all except in either medical or physically intimate situations.
· Iisy (ee-shy)
· Indicates someone whose bodily structure, in some capacity or other, is capable of both behaviors which the English language would describe as “female” and those it would describe as “male.” Bodily features may include any combination of attributes such as enlarged breasts, a penis, a vaginal opening, and a set of testicles; the presence of all of the aforementioned attributes at once is also entirely possible. The English language would refer to these individuals as being biologically “intersex.” This term is used separately from the identification and/or discussion of gender, and usually isn’t used at all except in either medical or physically intimate situations.
· Faesy (fay-shy)
· Indicates someone whose bodily structure, for one reason or another, is incapable of exhibiting behaviors which the English language would describe as either “female” or “male” or “intersex.” Bodily features may include any combination of attributes such as enlarged breasts, a penis, a vaginal opening, and a set of testicles; the presence of none of the aforementioned attributes at all is entirely possible. Some sterile or otherwise infertile individuals of Cariniia will use this pronoun as a prefix* to more clearly explain the biological structure and capabilities of their body. The English language would use many different terms to refer to these individuals depending on their situation, ranging from biologically “sexless” to “sterile” to “mature” or “past the age of reproduction.” This term is used separately from the identification and/or discussion of gender, and usually isn’t used at all except in either medical or physically intimate situations.

*Rensy as a prefix, example: one who identifies as “renkaesy” is explaining that while they identify solidly as being in the masculine area of the gender spectrum at this point in their life, they previously identified as a different gender. This is a way of expressing the degree to which this individual values the effort it took them to get where they are today.
*Rensy as a suffix, example: one who identifies as “thaesyren” is explaining that while they identify primarily as being in the feminine area of the gender spectrum, they also identify with a secondary gender. While their secondary gender is less intense, it is distinctive enough to be an important part of their identity overall.
*Faesy as a prefix, example: one who identifies as “faethaesy” is explaining that while they identify as being in the feminine area of the gender spectrum, their body is infertile and so there are certain physical behaviors of the “female” body type of which they are incapable.
I'm gonna guess kiirfii is "remember", so, uh, Ii kiirfii, "xii raeru iir fenn"
Errith'm nakk'dath. C'mii cae marra rofo taec, iir fenn. Xii raeru iir giien fenn, tii, ahd ii raeru comii tii b'cae xiir fenn. Ii raeru tii comii arra taec, cniirah ii raeru. C'mii, c'mii, c'mii! *smiles until it creates a vortex of joy which absorbs me into nonexistence* ^_^
Oh, wow, I didn't expect anyone to read that post, let alone remember other phrases. I probably mentioned it before, but almost nobody ever bothers remembering or learning Giieniian words or phrases, so it means A LOT to me whenever someone actually does remember it and/or use it. You're absolutely right about kiirfii meaning "remember," which is amazing because I especially didn't expect anyone to pay that much attention when they read my post.
Full Translation of Above Giieniian:
Gods Immortal. Thank you so much for this, my friend. You are my good friend, too, and I am happy to be your friend. I am too happy about this, really I am. Thank you, thank you, thank you! *you already know this part but my smile still keeps getting bigger* ^_^
I often accidentally use my own fictional language for certain daily terms, rather than using any language people actually know. It's a bad habit of mine.
Most Frequently Used:
Giien Bae [guh-EE-ehn buh-ay] = The Giieniian equivalent of "bless you," it basically means "be in good health" and is often used as a greeting and/or "goodbye" as well as a kind blessing when a person sneezes/coughs/etc.
Errith'm Nakk'dath [eh-ri-th-um nah-kuh-dAh-th] = The Giieniian equivalent of "Oh My God," it literally and directly translates to "Gods Immortal" and is often used as a sort of spiritual anchor which stabilizes a person's emotions when they're surprised and/or overwhelmed.
Xii Jakku/ Xii Kaenah [yuh-EE jah-koo/ yuh-EE kay-nah]= The Giieniian phrases for "you idiot:" Jakku is a severe and insulting term, while Kaenah is more of a term of endearment despite literally and directly translating to "you know nothing."
Sometimes Used:
Xii Phny [yuh-EE fuh-EE-nah-EYE]= The Giieniian phrase for "you jerk" and/or "you asshole," it's based in ancient Giieniian history but a jerk is still a jerk is still a phny no matter WHAT the word's back-story is.
Thiig/Thiig'tae [th-uh-EE-guh/ th-uh-EE-guh-UH-tuh-ay]= The Giieniian word for "damn" or "damn it," it doesn't actually mean "to damn" someone, it's just a quick and easy cuss word of about the same severity as the word "damn" as it's typically used in the U.S.-- it is also based in ancient Giieniian history.
Ii diiro nah kiirfii... [EE duh-EE-ro nah kuh-ee-ruh-FUH-EE]= The Giieniian phrase for "I forgot..." it literally and directly translates to "I did not remember..." and it frequently applies to various aspects of my life.
J'garny [juh-UH-ga-ruh-nuh-EYE] = The Giieniian word for someone who is incredibly sick, twisted, and nigh irrefutably evil-- it is the most severe insult in the Giieniian language/history, and I really only ever use it when yelling at evil characters in TV shows when they do REALLY messed up stuff (i.e. Peter Hale manipulating/psychologically torturing Lydia, Metatron stealing Castiel's Grace and kicking everyone out of Heaven, etc.).
I have 299 followers at this point in time. Which is EPIC. I am so very, very grateful to ALL OF YOU for following me. You are amazing, every last one of you.
When I hit 300, though, I was thinking of recording myself speaking Giieniian. I mean, no-one outside my family and very small circle of school friends have heard Giieniian out loud. You guys would be the first, really, to hear it pronounced out loud.
Some of you have read it before, in my tags and in that one post where I put word definitions. That awesome Tumblr user chillguysigotthis even wrote to me in Giieniian once, which was basically the best thing anyone's ever done for me. No-one knows how it's pronounced, though. Well, except me, obviously.
Oh! And those of you who don't know what Giieniian is: it's a fictional language, one I've been building all by myself since I was nine years old. Ii kae tah diimo taec'm hrn tah taeru nah... cool... diion... worr, ii kiir tah ii raeru jonn dae nerd hrn tah. Which translates to: I know that doing things like that is not... cool... but... well, I guess that I am just a nerd like that. XD
I'm not totally sure what to say, though, beyond "rykii, iir fenn'm!", so I was hoping you guys could give me some ideas? Just... like... message me with a sentence you want to hear in Giieniian or something? I dunno... it's just a thought. Oh, but if you DO message me stuff and I don't have a word for something you want me to say, I will MAKE a word. Just for you.
Okay, they're about Giieniian, but even so... STILL FUN.
1. There are two meanings for the word "reason" in the English language. One is like "I want this because of reasons" and the other is "I reason that this is a logical explanation". In Giieniian, these are different words. "Boii" means "reason" in the "because" way. So "Ii nakii taec boii rofo boiim" would be "I want this because of reasons". "Niin" means "In" in Giieniian. Combine it to be Niiboii, and you have "in reason" or "logical". I don't know why, but I thought this was kind of cool when I came up with it.
2. The greetings in Giieniian aren't strictly "formal" and "informal" so much as "personal" and "impersonal". So, "rya" means "hello" in the impersonal sense. It's basically like "welcome"... or, more accurately, "greetings are extended". Meanwhile, "rykii" is the personal form. It uses the letter "ii" to mean "I extend greetings". So the first one is formal and impersonal. You can take your greetings from me or anyone else you like. They are offered to you. While the second is informal and very personal. You can take greetings from me, friend, because I am personally offering them to you for your benefit. It's pretty nifty, actually. When I say "rykii", I really am calling you a valued friend because I'm saying you are worth so much to me personally that I will extend my own personal greetings to you. If I say "rya" I'm saying that I respect you because I give you a sweeping welcome rather than bothering you with my own particular greeting. So you know when things are going to be formal and when they aren't right off the bat on the worlds where Giieniian is primarily used; just by the way they said "hello".

I'm Pretty Much the Happiest Person Ever Right Now
For the first time in my life, I've seen Giieniian WRITTEN BY SOMEONE THAT ISN'T ME. Someone talked to me in the language I CREATED (am creating, it's not quite totally done yet but getting there)! My language was spoken by an actual human being other than myself!
^_^
I have never been happier to get a message in my inbox before, and I get really happy when I see that I have messages in my inbox. I'm just... I'm freaking out because... GIIENIIAN.
^_^
And chillguysigotthis is basically the best person ever right now because she did that. Treh raeru CAE iir fenn. ^_^
