Let us know what you think of the cake mix! I bought the pancake mix and it was vile haha.
Haha really? I thought it would have been not too bad. The cake mix is pretty good. Can get a bit sickening towards the end, but it was enough to stunt my sweet cravings. It recommends 25-30 seconds on cooking time, but I would perhaps go an extra 5 seconds or so to make sure it cooks all the way through.
Oh and scrape around all the bottom of the mug when mixing as there was quite a bit of powder stuck down there, which thankfully I spotted before cooking.
Hey! Hot yoga sounds so fun! I would love to go to a yoga class when I have more money. :) Or maybe even pilates!
Hot, or even warm yoga, is amazing! It’s soooo challenging, but also it helps your muscles loosen more with the heat and you can get some nice stretches at the end. Also, you get a pretty amazing detox with all the sweating!
There are all different kinds of hot yoga. Many do mostly static poses. The teacher I go to, however, who is far and away the hardest I’ve ever had, does both static balancing poses and flows as well as strengthening work on the mat. We spend an hour standing, starting with balance poses, then moving into flows, then 1/2 an hour on the mat working on core and back strength and stretching.
I’ve never done pilates, but I imagine it’s amazing also!
