Ginga Legend Pinku is a fancomic of Yoshihiro Takahashi's Ginga manga series. It can be fully read and enjoyed even without any knowledge on the Ginga series.

This comic contains instances of violence and gore, animal death, abuse (both mental and physical), frequent occasions of violence done to puppies (children) as well as homophobia in one chapter. (Just realized that I forgot to post this here, whoops)

Since I recently shared my redesign of Weed's mate Koyuki, it only made sense to draw my interpretation of his children for my Ginga AU next. I decided to borrow a friend's idea of replacing the dummy dumb-dumb Sirius with two OC children for no reason other than because I could. Betelgeuse is the most timid out of the bunch and wishes to be more brave like his dad and older brother Orion. Mintaka, despite being the youngest, is the most mature and is the one who looks out for all her other siblings. Bellatrix has her sassy persona from The First Wars while Orion and Rigel are pretty much the same as their canon counterparts personality-wise.

As for their designs: I tried making Orion look as close to canon as possible while also making his fur color look close to his mother's. Betelgeuse is basically the spitting image of his late grandma Sakura and I decided to make Rigel resemble a black and tan Kishu. Bellatrix having the tora-ge stripes is based off of the fact that she was actually drawn with brindle fur when she first appeared at the end of GDW while I made Mintaka's fur colors by blending my Koyuki redesign with Riki's.
