Introducing Subscriber Selects!
Hello all you happy people! So lately i've had two problems. The first is that my subscriber counts for patreon and substack have flatlined. No one's joining and I haven't had a ton of space in my schedule to do original content to make it worth joining. And while I used to offer a review a month for 5 dollar subscribers, and those still signed up for that service are grandfathered in, I simply can't make schedule space. The second is much more of a petty problem but I buy tons of movies. With this streaming climate you can't know if something will stream forever and evne before that I just like owning giant piles of movies. But as I got rid of some I realized just how many I hadn't watched in a while or at all.
Enter the solution to both that hopefully some of you fine folks seeing this will sign up for: SUBSCRIBER SELECTS! Here's how it works. The image you see above you is this list. These films have been hand selected by my patreon and substack subscribers from this big ole pile of my movies and if you join up you too can select one. One entry for each dollar you pay a month. And to make things fair while like brotoman.exe who picked the last two rows, no patreon or substacker can win two months in a row. So you have a better chance of getting something you specifically want if you subscribe, but your not going to be shit out of luck if you only pay a dollar and you get to choose another each time your movie is chosen. I have 847 films, I keep a list on substack. Even taking out ones I want to cover in a retrospective, don't want to cover or have already covered, I still have hundreds of films to fill the pile with and can always throw a streaming movie or two in there for funsies. This will keep going until it either gets unwieldy or I finally collapse under my own weight.
The chosen film will then be an exclusive review on substack and patreon. So you not only may get a review for a fraction of the usual 15 dollar comission price tag (Though anything in the pile or on the list to be chosen can be commissioned normally by any intrested parties wink wink) but you get a shiny entirely exclusive review each month. I"ll try to do more but i'm sticking with one right now to keep up with my work load. So if you like film reviews, you like keeping this blog afloat in troubling economic times and you like reviews of movie films, animated movie films and weird as shit movie films my friends and patrons made me watch, hop aboard
PATREON
SUBSTACK

Join my patreon or sub stack where you can choose from these fine films and put them into a lottery, one dollar a month for each entry, and

So expect a review of Destiny Deoxys later this month and sign up by october for the next raffle! You two can make me review a movie about ash fighting a god with some.. white haired young person and plusie and minun for some reason! I have no idea what this film is about but I sure will soon! Will max finally be sacrificed to the volcano? I can only hope!
