I always wanted to be a vet as a small child. Always loved animals. This was before I found my voice and music became my passion but my love and fascination for animals never went away. One day when I'm a Millionaire I will definitely go an ld do some stints in some sanctuaries. I went to an elephant sanctuary in Sri Lanka and it was magical. The donkey sanctuary here is pretty special. There is never any fear for me. I just want to get right it there with them, up close. I could spend hours. This Giraffe is 11 years old and his name is Achilles. Tallest mammal in the world! Even their legs are taller than most humans and they are so high up they have to bend their legs funny to drink water!! Luckily they only need to drink every few days as they stay hydrated from the leaves they eat. They even sleep and give birth standing up! They only actually sleep from 5 to 30 minutes per day and often do this a few minutes at a time!!! If only us mums could do that hey!?!?!
