⛔️REAL TALK AHEAD⛔️ If you're not comfortable with body talk, go ahead and save yourself a wedgie and just stop reading now 👋🏼 Anyway, I'm still on the grind. Got two months and one week to meet my goal of reaching 135 pounds. Tomorrow is a small weigh-in and I'm nervous as usual, but glad it's here. I've bumped myself to Crossfit Monday - Friday (with some 2-a-days thrown in) and as many 5k's and row sessions as possible during the week. I've averaged around 10 - 16 miles a week on runs, so I'm happy with that. I'm really enjoying getting out and being able to listen to good music and get lost in my thoughts. The last two weeks have been brutal, body wise. Last week I chaffed my nipple on a run and literally forgot about it each day - so I would be on a run and remember and it would get chafed even more. Last weekend I finally bandaged it for a few days and had an allergic reaction to the band aids, so the last couple days have been painful, but today I feel it healing well. Today I also rubbed a dime-sized blister in my palm that immediately split and started bleeding mid-WOD, so that's fun. And also I started my period yesterday, so I really just feel like my body is falling apart piece by piece, but that's what happens when you're an athlete. Generally I'm excited to see changes and hear that other people are noticing differences as well, it's always encouraging to hear that people are noticing. #vegansofig #givemetildecember #whatveganslooklike #plantbased #plantpowered #planteater #nomeatathlete #meatfreeathlete #hardcoreherbivore #happyherbivore #plantbuilt #veganbodybuilding #veganbodybuildingandfitness #fitness #fitfam #theanimalfreeanimal #iifym #macros #run #running #cardio #crossfit (at Crossfit Thunderdome)
