If the details of this land were at all set in stone, Y’shtola may have been surprised to encounter such an aetheric presence. But as she had quickly come to know, this land was unpredictable as any other. Somehow, encountering the woman she had come to know as Lady Iceheart was the least of the unexpected circumstances that Spirale had introduced since Y’shtola had arrived here. She had quickly understood that it was just as likely that anyone from her realm would find themselves in this predicament just as she had.
At the very least, perhaps now Y’shtola would get the chance to know Ysayle for who she truly was, rather than solely for the sacrifice she had witnessed. Lady Iceheart must have been far more than just that, more than Hydaelyn’s Chosen, more than what occurred in Azys Lla. That much, at the very least, had been made clear by the way Y’shtola’s comrades spoke so highly of her after the fact. And as she approached the woman now, she had already gained new knowledge — of all the vendors on Pearl Street, Ysayle’s attention was focused entirely upon a stall of soft, plush animals and other creatures she didn’t yet recognize.
“You’ve yet to make a choice, I presume?” Carefully, she took steps towards the Elezen; though she knew much of her, the same could likely not be said when reversed. If only for her outerwear and obvious Miqo’te features, Y’shtola could hope that she would be recognized, though she supposed it did not truly matter. “I cannot blame you - each one has its own charm, that is for certain.” ✧ @glacinium
