From conception to creation sometimes its months in between. Ouija lady, shes not actually finished yet, i got to this point where i hated looking at it and well just everything about it..but im thinking about maybe working on her again..
Space-Naut, Traversing through time and voids
Hey lovlies :D so spent the weekend setting up this new secondhand desk for my work space (top photo). Living in a little one bedroom unit by the ocean is wonderful but space and storage is certainly a struggle sometimes, especially when the main room acts as your lounge area/work space and kitchen. I was never really happy how i had everything set up before and no matter how much jiggling and rearranging I did, it always felt cluttered and claustrophobic and when that’s your work space it makes it very hard to want to approach it and be present in that space comfortably. So, whew! Breath of fresh air, I love finding things secondhand or salvaged and re-purposing them instead of going out of our way to buy new things just to meet a ‘need’ we felt at the time (and its always wonderful when the people you meet through these little interactions are just downright lovely souls). This is just the very bones of the setup at the moment but it finally feels right and i cannot wait to be able to share more of this area with you all now. I didn’t even think to take a proper before photo, as i said i’ve always struggled with how everything was before so i never really took photos of the area, but here’s something for comparison.
