Glenarm Power Plant in Pasadena, California. The main building itself is an appropriate austere Art Deco but off to the side is a gorgeous ornate Art Deco fountain that works to cool water that is heated up inside the plant. Normally this fountain is spraying all over the place from sprayers on the spire itself, as well as the outside ring, but there was a two year period where plant maintenance cause the fountain to not spray, which is good in this sense I was able to get details that would otherwise be obscured by the spray.
