In my #weightlossjourney I’ve encountered many people who both said I’ll #fail and others said #yougotthis in reality I do have this going #strong I’m #notquitting I still breath and I still walk & talk so I live as an #example that #youcanchange if you want to. Sure it’s #hardwork and it’s #painful at times, in the end #itsworthit I still got just under 7lbs (3 1/2kilo) till my goal. When I stared this #journey I #weighed out around 330lbs/150kgs my #peakweight was 398lbs\183kgs I was on #diabetic #medication of #metformin of 1,000 milligrams twice a day, #glimepride of 4 mg one a day, my #A1c peaked out at 9.5 in 07, also took #lisinopril of 40 mg for my #hypertension ( #highbloodpressure ) later was switched to #losartan at 50 mg had #omeparazole of 20 mg for my #digestive issues and lastly a #bipap #sleepmachine for my #sleepapnea started out in my 20’s on the later switched to regular #cpapmachine as time went on and I stated to track my food with @MyFitnessPal #myfitnesspal I was taking in over 4,000 calories a day and it was from simply “ #snacking “ and not realizing it. So I set #dailygoals of a intake and slowly decreased my intake added daily #exercise of simply #walking and then added #streching each week I set a goal of losing at least one pound a week. The hardest part of #myweightlossstory was my #stress and #stresseating as a #trucker it was #challanging and sometimes it still is. Never the less since I started this #weightlosstransformation in 2015 I not only changed my #physique but also #rebuild #myattitude I’m for once starting to #lovemyself for once in 46 years of life. To this day I’ve lost around 167lbs/76kgs to a current weight of 231.8lbs\105.1kgs and my goal by Monday is to see 230lbs\104.5kgs. #newme #soontobesexy
