how to use my nounself pronouns
since i’ve been asked by a lovely otherkin who wishes to remain anonymous, and i figured i would make a post for everyone to see.
my gender identity is masc-presenting starfluid glimra-demiboy. there may be some who don’t know what all that means, so allow me to first explain.
amab stands for “assigned male at birth.” however, i do not identify as the gender i was assigned at birth (i am at the very most only partially male in some way)
masc-presenting means my appearence is a masculine one, or one typical of a man (i look like a guy, basically).
starfluid is like genderfluid, but specifically for stargender. i made a post about stargender a while back, but simply it is the gender of a star. i am fluid between stargender and the other side to my gender.
glimra- refres to glimragender, a gender that feels kinda like glittering waves or beams of light. it’s typically an nb gender, but there can also be glimraboys and glimragirls. i am kind of the former.
demiboy is a gender that is partially or half male.
put it all together and you get an individual who is sometimes stargender, sometimes a partial male whose gender feels like glittering waves of light, and presents in a male or masculine manner. you get me!
as a glimra-demiboy, i am fine with he/him pronouns. they are my most commonly used pronouns. however, what makes me very happy is when people use my nounself pronouns, especially when i am currently identifying as stargender (as apposed to a glimra-demiboy, due to the fluidity of my stargender identity). those pronouns are very personal to me, as they are the equivilant of my pronouns used back in my true godly form.
my nounself pronouns are star/star/stars/starself. below i will write out several example sentences so you can see how to properly use them.
he is otherkin and proud.
star is otherkin and proud.
do you want to talk to him?
do you want to talk to star?
i really like his blog.
i really like stars blog.
nils is playing all by himself.
nils is playing all by starself.
see? it’s not so hard. if this is your first time using nounself pronouns it may take a little getting used to, but it is helpful in the long run, and the kin people you know will thank you for it.
thank you all for reading!
