And it doesn't disappoint. Certainly JM doesn't#He's as hapless and bewildered as ever only this time his bewilderment is masked as blind faith in a computer#Interesting ethical points in this one and yet again Doomwatch shows itself to be both prescient and nuanced#It would have been easy to write a computers equal evil script but the series recognises the potential benefits of the system#Quist doesn't even do a report or anything! Just tells JM to sort it out. But JM being JM he ends the episode crestfallen and even#More bewildered. Always a fan of Barry Foster too tho why he felt he needed to do an accent on this is anyone's guess
