GLXTCH is the name of my zine series. I make little square booklets of prose poems and collage and photos scrapped together. In this one, "Exist & Arrive" there's a lot of mini passages about the dark complexity of my relationship with men, with some taking on new tones in light of recent events. This zine project was supposed to be a monthly thing but maybe it's better not to tie it down to a schedule, who knows. I'm selling copies of both issue one and two this Friday at The Lit Exhibit. Ta-Da! GLXTCH issue .03 is Officially DONE & ON SALE!

So, it took me a while (three months) but my newest zine is finally here. GLXTCH is the title of my zine series, which primarily feature poetry, short essays and (digital / traditional) collage art. This issue, titled “in(prism)ment” is an exploration of the various ways one might be paralyzed, trapped, or limited in various conditions including: relationships, environments, and toxic headspaces.

GLXTCH

GLXTCH is an ongoing zine series by Lana C. Marilyn that fuses poetry, memoir, and short fiction with analog and digital collage. Content usually focuses on personal narratives relating to the challenge of existing within in the world, often including photographs, text message screenshots, and magazine clippings to illustrate and distort what personhood looks and feels like in the digital age.

Currently there are four issues:
