Gay Comix #8  (Summer 1986) I was psyched to find this issue at my local Half-Price Books for three bucks (along with a few others from the series). Gay Comix #8 can be particularly hard to find because the superhero content makes it a popular pick-up.  I particularly love the flipped back cover with a take on Bizarro world that highlights the pervasiveness of heteronormativity. I also love the Go-Go Checks, a call back to DC Comics of 1966-67.
