My all-time favourite superhero costume design: Cosmic Boy’s skimpy 1970’s outfit!

It was apparently supposed to be his traditional colour scheme of pink, black and white, but the artist forgot to draw a neckline in the Legion of Superheroes issue where it made its debut, so the colorist just added flesh-tone where the pink was meant to be. And then DC Comics decided this was his new look. Groovy!
