Intently focus your eyes to stretch forward slowly to follow a very tall tree trunk from roots up the tree to the highest leaf ( you wish you could eat ) & down to the roots. First repeat 4 times with Right foot in F , then Left foot in front with arms softly bent in front of you with cloven hoof gesture ( fingers down, middle finger stretched ). Second set - reach head , then arms way up to leaves & then slowly let them stretch & fall with head down to Roots, eyes down or closer over front leg.
