Use this post as a breather/break when u have consumed too much hate for Enhypen (Jungwon biases rn, this is especially for u babes) and need to emotionally regulate
1. Stop looking at the comments
I wondered why I look at comments constantly, even though I know that there will always be an argument, a fight, someone not willing to listen to the points u make. I think it is cause I was looking for validation. I need validation for the way I think a lot. Even in this situation, I need validation, so I look for it in the comment sections. But I can find validation in myself. The emotions I feel when I see people disrespect Enhypen or dismiss what Jungwon said because he was drunk or because 'maybe' the company made him say it. That annoyance is validation enough.
Don't scroll the comments looking for a fight...
2. If you are not in a good mental space, don't pick fights with internet trolls
Some (actually a lot of people) who disagree with you about this, will continuously misunderstand you. Because people are set on it. People (including you babes) are going into that online fights with headstrong emotions and not letting ur stance waver... that is a receipe for disaster. (or u could just ragebait them to exhaustion, i have a fool proof rage bait guide on my page 👀🌸). those fights r not worth ur mental health. beside looking at twitter i say the front line for this army is pretty fucking ruthless.
3. Remember the facts
Fact being Enhypen, a group of grown men that knows how to stand their ground, they will speak for themselves, and obviously as fans we should support them as much as we can in whatever way (but not by risking ur own mental health). Enhypen has got the most competent leader. And that leader got the most supportive eldest member, Jay, to help him. Fact being that what we as humans obsess over the bad. This isn't the 'downfall' of Enhypen. Puh-lease. U should see the non-enhypen fans who have become interested in enhypen and Jungwon because of all of this. They have lost fans, but ngl they were all... very parasocial. So good riddance 🥂. Facts include that the Sin:bliss album is pure drugs, it is genuinely gonna be their best album.\ Updated fact: Jungwon will not be the villain you want him to be. He made a mistake UNKNOWINGLY and apologised for it immediately. He took accountability, he apologised, he learned, and he also made sure to start the live depending on the time in Kazakhstan. I am gonna learn from him. When I make mistakes (which I undoubtedly will because I am human) I will not throw a pity party for all the sharp, unkind words I get. I have always been one to apologise immediately when I make a mistake, but seeing the way Jungwon did it so collected and reflective... I am gonna be gentler on myself and be more composed. Making a mistake is not a reflection of my pitfalls but of the fact that I have so much more life to live and so much to learn. Jungwon, I hope he is also going to be gentle on himself.
4. Stop doomscrolling hate.
When u catch urself doomscrolling through hate posts. Chuck that phone away. Breathe in and breathe out even longer counts. Take a walk. Lie on ur acupressure mat. Regulate yourself in ways that u know will work for u (if you haven't discovered it, maybe it is time you do babes). These obviously don't only apply to this whole Enhypen thing. Use it whenever, wherever necessary!! If you want to rant/ask for help with emotionally regulating, I will welcome u with open arms (virtually).

Because people will ask/or just claim for me without me saying anything: I hate hybe/belift. I hate all big corporations, and unlike some of you hoes... I have volunteered for social action in my home country since I was 10, so ya I know a thing or two about big companies and their abuse. I don't need a random teenager on the internet to lecture me on it. If we boycott Enhypen, we are just reinforcing that everyone views them as a product. Also, you know Hybe, they churn out groups like Shein churns out clothes. If they realise we are boycotting Enhypen, they will ditch them and give the world a shiny new boyband to obsess over.
