Adam is like. An amazing mystery to the heavenly host. Because Father- sorry, Chuck, Adam is Father now- never interacted with any of the lesser angels and rarely with the archangels.

And yet here new Father is, walking around with Michael trailing not to far behind, smiling and introducing himself like he needs to and shaking hands and putting faces to names. It’s baffling to have someone who controls the universe interact with such tiny specs on the radar but it’s also so exhilarating. And new Father remembers their names so when they pass each other in heaven, he greets them by name!

Adam spends so many days with angels crowding him, wanting to bask in Father’s light and warmth, and Michael gets pouty about it because that’s HIS husband, back off. (it doesn’t matter that he’s Father now he was Michael’s husband first so SHUT UP LUCIFER)

God!Adam who Michael warned that he has to be careful when chatting with the angles becuase any "command" he give them they'll be forced to obey. Adam is all "okay makes sense" and does a good time keeping up with it until another meeting ends with Lucifer and Michael not speaking for stupid reasons. So Adam says offhandedly "you two just need to kiss and make up already" and while he didn't mean it as a command the angels still take it that way.

Several minutes later Adam manages to get a command that would make them stop but its too late: Gabriel is laughing so hard he's about to puke, several angels have been traumatized, Lucifer is complaining about how much spit Michael uses while Michael is complaining about Lucifers forked tongue, and Raphael is wondering why she was brought back only to suffer like this.

Adam wisely doesn't mention how kind of hot he thought it was.

When Castiel falls pregnant with Dean's child, Dean sends his younger half-brother to him, so that Adam will be able to care for Cas and ensure the safe birth of the child. Dean can't always be there as he is called away by his other followers. Adam also knows what it's like to grow up as neither god nor mortal, so he's immediately protective of the baby Castiel is carrying and of Castiel himself.
