There's 24 hours in a day. The average person spends 8 hours (or more) working at someone else's dream/vision/goal. That leaves 16 hours of day left. We're supposed to sleep 8 hours (i personally never can)...press play for the rest. Moral of all this. Its okay to have a dream.
