🌓 MOON PHASES- First Quarter 🌓

Occurring when the Moon is 90 degrees behind the sun, the first quarter is the time in which Luna’s attraction energy is at her peak. This can be an amazing time to really start manifesting those intentions we set at the New Moon and attracting positive people and energies into your life! Stay self-aware as this can also be a time of stress, turbulence and a time when self-limiting beliefs may arise and distract us from manifesting our dreams. Protect yourself, say plenty of mirror mantras ( “I am worthy”, “I am beautiful”, “My power is growing”) and summon the courage to push through and bring your ideals into reality!!! Write yourself a to-do list each morning to keep yourself focused and motivated!

🏵️Try this Attraction Bath Ritual🏵️

~~~~you will need~~~~

bath salts (Himalayan, Epsom or any of your choice)

crystals associated with what you intend to attract (rose quartz for love, jade or green aventurine for luck, etc.) - Clear Quartz has eclectic properties and will be a powerful tool for any kind of intention manifestation

A candle coloured to match your intention(s) - a white candle can substitute any colour

incense for your intentions

meditation music or any music you find relaxing/empowering/uplifting

Run the water, add your ingredients, light your candles, press play and slip into the tub. Make sure you are safe and will not be disturbed.

Get comfortable and place your chosen crystal to your heart and ask your for guidance (this may be from deities, spirit guides, ancestors, or your inner/higher self). Ask for whatever is holding you back from attracting your desires to be revealed to you.

Breathe deeply, visualise these obstacles dissolving, as salt in water, with each exhale.

Next, place the crystal on your third eye (centre of forehead). Visualise already having what you seek to attract, every little detail and emotion. Bask in that moment, feel yourself living that life. With each inhale invite more of what you want to see or have in this life.

Blow out your candle(s) and speak your intentions into existence, in the present tense- “I am full of love” or “I radiate joy” etc.

Give thanks to your dieties/ancestors/spirit for their guidance. When you are ready, pull the plug and let the water drain, along with those self-limiting beliefs and all which does not serve your highest good.

Make yourself a hot drink and get cosy in your room. Trust in your Magick and have faith in the universe.

Goddess Bath

I had a rough day today so I came home early and ran a goddess bath

Dried lavender

Eucalytpus Epsom salt

Lavendar bubble bath

1 Chamomile teabag

Powdered milk

Coconut oil

Candles and a relaxing movie/music for ambiance (I like to watch The Good Witch)

I like to put all the dry ingredients in an organza bag and use it like a bathtub teabag.

If you tend to use the same ingredients everytime you can prepare a jar with the dry stuff and spoon it into your bathwater. You can even create a base with the stuff you use regularly and add extra goodies in separate.
