Same thing for the dumbells. . Do the circuit 3x through and ya good 👌. -Move 1: wide arm mnt climbers x16 total -Move 2: barbell deadlifts x6 -Move 3: oh lunges x12 total -Move 4: dumbell rows x6/side -Move 5: 3 pause push ups x8 .
