The cutlass that actually touched Rumpelstiltskin in 2x04 is the one with the golden handle from Killian’s days as a Lieutenant

which Rumple/Dark One took with him after he killed Milah

Since then Killian uses Milah’s sword

therefore Dark Swan took a cutlass than never touched Rumple but somehow saved his life... o__O
