Okay, I had a lot of fun with this piece. Recently, I rediscovered an old Fandom of mine and felt artistically inspired. Ohuhu Brush Markers? Check! Faber-Castell Goldfaber Colored Pencils? Check! Penguins of Madagascar? Good grief I love these adorable, zany little commandos! They totally stole the show... then they actually got their own show!!

I tried out a different coloring style, since Skipper and his boys are all the same colors. So I went with a popart style, color-coding each penguin. Skipper in blue, Private in pink, Kowalski in green, and Rico in purple.

This was a lot of fun, different, and I might do some more Penguins fanart in the future. Remember, "cute and cuddly, boys!"

Repost from @russianblend_art ・・・ Finally finished this little guy! He has been patiently waiting since mid March. I was so anxious and stressed with our new norm we had to adjust to that I could not draw until recently. I turned to mask making as an outlet and a way to feel like I’m in control of an uncontrollable situation. After making and donating 200 masks my drawing mojo returned finally!
