TRANSFORMATION OF THE MIND
Most of us experience the dilemma of not seeing things as they are in life, because of how we think and perceive. For inner fulfillment we often seek a perfect golf shot to land in the Fairway, the swing and direction is visulised in the mind , body obeys it and goes through the motion. The golf ball lands in the Woods, resulting in a disturbed and repenting state of mind. Now what has happened is that the person has been disturbed not by the outcome of golf shot ,but, by the visualisation of the golf shot. If he had viewed only the swing and not the direction ,it would have given him happiness and peace of mind . Similarly , when we seek happiness during the journey of our life we need to transform our thinking and perception, “What we are looking for lies within us and not at the destination”.
