1. How many works do you have on AO3?
Two, and I love them both equally 😊
182 thousand! I’m struggling to finish an 80,000 word thesis which I’ve been working towards for 7 years, but I’ve got smut coming out of my ears 😅

4. Why do you write fan fiction?
Escapism, community, and pure joy. In a world that constantly challenges our ideals and good intentions, I love that there’s a place on the internet where people craft things they love and share it for free for the pure enjoyment of it. How wonderful!
Writing and reading fan fiction has kept me sane during dark times and brings me joy every day ❤️
5. Do you respond to comments?
Always! I love that people take the time to leave feedback on something I’ve written. Now that I write it’s changed how I read other’s work too. I always try to leave kudos and comments to show appreciation.
6. How often do you write?
Every day if I can. But I have to be in the right head space. My best ideas come first thing in the morning.

I swear a lot for emphasis when writing from a character’s perspective.

10. What projects/WIP are you most excited about?
I have two Azris fics in the works I’m excited about. One is turning my short fic, The Break into a trilogy. I’m currently working on part 2, which is called The Arrangement. This will also be a light hearted short fic with LOTS of smut.
Another is an Azris regency AU. I LOVE Jane Austen! This will be a long fic full of yearning and romance.
I also have an Our Flag Means Death AU set in the world of 90s American pro wrestling, which I have a whole soundtrack for and am very excited and nervous about (being a new fandom to me).
I’m also really excited to complete my Azris long fic Who Will Hold Me?
11. Are there any writing challenges you’re eager to try?
Writing with a set of prompts was really helpful for Azris week - that’s how I wrote The Break. Now I’m excited to try writing with a set of rules. For The Break’s sequel I’m going to try to stick under a word limit of 3k per chapter and only have Eris and Azriel in each scene. I’m also using excerpts from a fictional story within the story, a Sellyn Drake novel, to feature at the start of each chapter.
