Ah I’m dead. I’m dying! But I did it! ⠀ ⠀ For those who don’t know, I used to lift quite heavy a few years ago before all my endoes hell began. But today, fresh from my holiday I headed off to the gym in my happy quiet time and smashed out what used to be my beginners weights circuit. I used this circuit to build the foundations of muscles to step up my lifting and I realised VERY quickly that I am no where near as fit as I once was. My form is a bit shakey and I’m on the lightest weights imaginable but I’m lifting which is the important part, so baby steps! Form will come with strength. Tomorrow is gonna kill but gonna keep to cardio tomorrow.
