I've recently discovered this YouTube channel named diplomaduck that was only created at the end of May, and I've already been starting to love its duck explanation videos in general but I particularly love just how accurate this autism explanation via ducks is. 🤩
For the part where the duck loves and talks about snails, in my case instead of snails it's the Matrix franchise, and it's true that I impulsively flap my hands if I'm excited enough: for me, hand flapping happens when I find sudden Matrix references and mentions in other stuff, like (as one example) in video essays about reviews of other movies. It seems like the owner of diplomaduck knows their stuff for all of this video, and from what I've seen they've gotten similar praise for how true, nuanced and destigmatised their various other explanations are, as well. 🥰
The other neurodivergence that I have, by extension, is misophonia, and I found out that diplomaduck also made the video for that just as correctly. 💙
