hey hey i got you a recipe for when it’s cold or you want some cozy

you’re gonna need

-your fav water bottle

-boilin water

-fruits and herbs you like

-tea (optional)

-knife

-bowl/measuring cup

heat up enough water to boiling to fill your bottle

while that’s heating, put the teabag, herbs, and fruit in the measuring cup/bowl

make sure to cut the frööps

pour the hot water in

let it sit for 4+ minutes (maybe make a snack while you wait)

strain if you don’t want fruit chunks and a teabag in your drink

add honey/sugar to taste

put in boytle

drink :]

extra: make sure you/your friends aren’t allergic to anything, especially if you want to share with others
