At the same time, there are bad soy. Baddies are GMO soy and processed soy. They are used extensively in processed food such as commercially made baking goods ( bread, cakes, cookies and more), ice cream, diet shakes, protein bar and many many more.
Stay away from processed bad soy, which is soy protein isolate and soy protein. Look for organic or GMO free WHOLE SOY BEANS as ingredients!!!
