My heart hurts so much. One of my best friends had to be put to sleep 💔 Piper lived a good life and even though everyone says this about their pet, she really was the best. She was always there to play with my kids. Always loved on me when I was sad and sick. Always protected me no matter the cost. If that's not a real fucking friend then I dont know what is. I'm glad shes at peace now and Im always going to cherish the memories we made. Reasons why you should buy a Hermit Crab

relatively, quiet pets (some chirping... which is actually really cute)

good for people who have animal hair allergies (like me)

Don't take up a lot of space (Only the tank size and supplies)

relatively clean  ( except when the little suckers bury there food)

Besides initial supplies they are pretty inexpensive (buy more sand/eco-earth ever several months, food, shells)

I want to have people to chat about something they love

Please note that even though hermit crabs are "low maintenance" they need specific needs and love and are not "throw away" pets. Make sure that you have done more research and are really sure you are willing to take on your little friends
