Marvel fun fact: The supervillain known as Puff Adder has been drawn at various times as a black man or a white man. It’s not that there are multiple people with the codename either, there’s only one, Gordon Fraley. Marvel just can’t seem to remember what race he is, rather like Monet St. Croix’s father Cartier (who has also been drawn as black and as white on different occasions)
Wait a second. Pause. Look at the way her arms are around him. Look at where her face is in his chest, look at the way his back was arched. AYO?! ANACONDA AND PUFF ADDER?!?!?! ...good for them. Captain America #381

Captain America Legends: Puff Adder
Gordon Fraley first appeared in 1988 as a mutant born with the ability to puff up his body mass to roughly twice his size, recruited to the Serpent Society by Sidewinder before betraying him to Viper.
In an adaptation, Gordon fits in just fine as one of the many members of the Society in whatever form they take. Someone like Kellan Lutz could probably play him well.
