Cardio, strength training, and core work... preworkout and postworkout nutrition to help prep and recover... and family, sunshine, and SPLINTERS to go along with it all! 😅 Happy I managed to get all of this in today though, and looking forward to doing it again tomorrow. Working out outside is so fun! But if you're on concrete or grass with sticks and stones, watch out because they really might break your bones. Or at least poke you and scratch you and leave you looking a bit roughed up, lol! Anyhow, these things are T O U G H 😓 - if you haven't tried them before, press play and see if you can keep up! Try to keep your feet wide, butt low, and your heels on the ground. It'll take some ankle strength, so if you can't get your heels down or if you can't handle the strain on your knees, don't sit so deep.
