You were good for Goro. You brought out the best in him and made him soften. When Goro was with you, all his darkness and need for vengeance vanishes.
But when you called him, frantic, claiming that your stalker was trying to break in, something in Goro snapped.
What do you mean you had a Stalker? Why hadn't he heard of this earlier?! Especially before that bastard put you in danger.
It wasn't long before Goro was at your door, gun in hand. His eyes narrowed as he saw you ex, trying to break in.
Silently, he snuck up behind your ex, pointing his gun at the back of their head. A click of Goro turning off the safety signaled your ex to Goro's existence.
They quickly turned around, the anger on their expression quickly morphing to fear. Their eyes went wide, holding their hands up in surrender.
"H-Hey, man. Sorry for the disturbance. Just a lover's quarrel between me n my partner."
That pissed Goro off even more.
"Your Partner? Last I checked They were mine, and you must be their ex. They spoke so lowly of you." Goro spoke coldly. He didn't care about this scum, especially if they were trying to hurt you.
"Oh, so the cunt moved on, huh?" Your ex growled. Goro places his finger over the trigger.
"You would be wise to not insult my partner. I'm the one with the gun." Goro warned lowly. His tone was filled with nothing but warning.
Your ex hesitated, before shoving their hands in their pockets. "Whatever, man. Enjoy your sloppy seconds."
Goro growled lowly, he pulled put his gun away. He pulled out the spare key you gave him and hurried to unlock the door. He needed to check on you.
Once he was inside, he called out to you. You came out from your bedroom in the back. Goro let out a sigh of relief.
"[Name], thank God. Are you safe?" He asked, hurrying over to look you over.
You nodded, "Yeah, Yeah I'm fine Goro. I'm sorry.... I'm so sorry for worrying you."
Goro shook his head, "Hush. Don't you dare apologize for this. You cannot control others." Goro gently held you.
"I just wish you would have told me, my love."
"I... I wanted to... I was just scared. I'm scared of them, G... What if they hurt me? What if they hurt you?" You let out a shaky breath, covering your face with your hands.
An idea his Goro, "My love, what's their full name?" He was a phantom thief. Even if it was just for his own self serving purposes, may as well do some good.
You looked at him, tears filling your eyes, "Why?"
"The Phantom Thieves, as dangerous as they are, may be able to help. I'll submit the request for you, I just need their name."
You thought for a moment, clearly cautious. Goro couldn't fault you, especially with what the Phantom Thieves have been in the news for as of late.
Eventually, you came to your decision. You gave him the name of your stalker ex.
Goro smiled gently, "Thank you, my dear. Now, sit down, I'll make you some tea."
