Life is good up in the mountain today, so thankful for temperatures above zero 🙌 Those weeks of negative 10-20 were brutal. We’re staying warm with lots of lunges 😆 and for todays @goruck workout, bear crawls, sandbag devils press (what a treat) and cleans. Excited to get into town for Christmas here in a few days. After finding out today that the Sept.1 back-to-back GORUCK Lights are now 9-11 Memorials, I decided to kick stairs training back into high gear. Carried a 45 pound steel plate plus water in my Rucker for a mile tonight, but with a twist: 6 apartment buildings, 2 sets of staircases each, with 2 flights each set. 24 flights of stairs and a mile in 25 minutes. Red is heart rate. Green is elevation changes. Made some pretty cool if rudamentary drawings with GPS along the way, too. LOL. Register and crush one or both of these memorial GORUCK Lights with me.
