“Yeah, the furniture is mostly all here. It’s all settled. Do you want to see? Okay, that’s the living room area. See that over there? That’s the pool table where I’ll be kicking your ass. And this, here, is my kitchen. That’s all I’m showing you right now. No, I’m not too lazy to get up, I’m just leaving you something to look forward to. You will see the rest when you come see me.
