Sometime last year I realized I don't so much like italian sausage, I just like fennel, so I added fennel to a dish I thought could use it. However, I know nothing about using fennel in recipes and always measure with my heart. Needless to say, my heart was dead fucking wrong, and it was one of the worst things I've eaten that I made myself.
