Norm and Grace headcanons 🧪🌿
1. Once Norm accidentally called Grace 'mom' when tired one morning, Norm was in shock and Grace just snorted and walked off.
2. Grace secretly finds Norm really funny, she puts on a stoic persona infront of everyone but at 2AM all she can think about is how he fell over and starts pissing herself laughing in bed
3. Norm usually rolls around the lab on a wheely chair in opposition to walking, he crashed into Grace and she genuinely confiscated his wheels off his chair and now he has a normal chair.
4. When Norm was a kid and he read Grace's book and became obsessed with Pandora. he sent Grace loads of fan mail. Grace refound it one day and Norm had never been more embarrassed in his life. She even put a letter on the staff bulletin board
5. They have lock downs when an animal breakes past security and all the doors automatically lock. They were locked in a room together. They spent like 9 hours just yapping and getting to know eachother in this time, Grace had always seen Norm as kind of ditsy and pathetic, but after this she saw him from a whole new light and started to take him seriously.
6. Grace lowkey gets maternal when any of the marines make fun of Norm, she loses her shit more than normal
7. Grace crashed out at Norm once when something went wrong in an experiment. She screamed at him and for a few days after he remained quiet, emotionless and unnorm like. It was the first time she ever felt bad about shouting at someone in the work place.
8. On her desk, she has a printed picture of her and Norm. It was his first day and he found a new species of plant, Max took a picture of them analysing it and Norm looks so happy.
9. Norm signs holiday cards to Grace with, "love from Norm (your favourite co-worker)" and then uncontrollably laughs
10. Grace is the only person who knows that Norm secretly smokes.
