Celebrate the graduate with these delightful cake pops in school colors. A sweet treat to mark the special occasion!
Ingredients: 1 box of cake mix flavor of your choice. 1/2 cup of frosting vanilla or cream cheese. 1 package of candy melts school colors. 1 cup of sprinkles in school colors. Lollipop sticks.
Instructions: Bake the cake according to the package instructions and let it cool completely. Crumble the cooled cake into fine crumbs in a large bowl. Add frosting to the cake crumbs and mix until well combined. The mixture should be moist enough to form into balls. Shape the mixture into small cake balls and place them on a lined baking sheet. Insert a lollipop stick into each cake ball and freeze them for 15-20 minutes. Melt the candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl according to the package instructions. Dip each cake pop into the melted candy, ensuring it's fully coated. Allow excess to drip off. While the candy coating is still wet, sprinkle the cake pops with the school-colored sprinkles. Place the cake pops back on the lined baking sheet and let them set completely. Once set, your Graduation Cake Pops are ready to be enjoyed!
