A good villain isn't just their aesthetic but their personality and their backstory. I ain't spoiling anything for those who haven't played A Hat In Time but I will say out of all the backstories, his is the most well developed. Also love his Boss Battle and pretty much all of his themes.
For Digimon, I actually prefer Dragon Digimon and Demon Digimon. Veemon has been a childhood favorite ever since I watched Digimon Adventure 2. I personally go for the Ulforceveedramon route. GrandDracmon and Venom Myotismon are also personal favorites alongside Cherubimon Evil since they practically saved my ass from the harder bosses whenever they come out of the blue.
Pandamon became my recent addition to the list when I was grinding ABI for my Tokomon Lucian to Digivolve into Lucemon. He was a lifesaver and practically held up my team whenever I got stuck against certain bosses with a good chunk of my team under level. His design is also pretty cool and considering he digivolves into BanchoLeomon is a bigger bonus.
