I created some illustrations used in a talk this morning for Neurosurgery Grand Rounds at @barrowneuro. Second day this week...officially a bike commuter now! Well, half-assed bike commuter because 22.7 miles both ways would kill me. I feel so fortunate to live and work in an area where I can commute to work using solely trails or bike lanes. And through a major city with skyscrapers in view. And still be surrounded by nature. For 22.7 miles - and that's only a small portion of the regional trail system here.
