There are a good number of evidence techniques that have been shown to be effective. However, these are the three I've found to be really invaluable to my learning and can honestly vouch for. These methods of studying really upgraded my learning so I hope they will prove useful for some of you. 💪📚 Bonus tip: Figuring out what type of learner you are is also beneficial and will increase the overall effectiveness of your studying. Throughout most of my education, I studied as a reading and writing learner. It wasn't until I got to my clinical classes that I realized I'm actually an auditory-visual learner. The more blood your heart pumps and the narrower your arteries, the higher your blood pressure. A blood pressure reading is given in millimeters of mercury (mm Hg). It has two numbers.
