sometimes i just have these moments where i’m thinking about harry potter (marauders era) and i’m like “man i love grant chapman what an amazing canonical character” and then i remember all the young dudes is a fanfiction and grant is an original character not created by jk terfing. which is both a good and bad thing because on the one hand, damn, he isn’t CANON-canon, which means if we ever got a marauders series we wouldn’t see him, but on the other hand, GOOD that means he was created and written by a non-terf and we do love to see that.
