Grape Juice Pudding .. Ingredients 150 gms black grapes 25 gms sugar 1 tbsp cornflour 2 tbsp water 20 gms cashews 3-4 edible flowers .. Method 1. Grind the grapes (skin intact) with the sugar. 2. Strain this mixture to remove any firm particles. 3. In a bowl take some cold water and put the edible flowers in it to cool. Set aside. 4. Make a slurry of cornflour and water. Finely chop cashews. 5. Now heat a pan, add the grape juice. Let it come to a boil. Add the cornflour slurry to it and let it thicken. Simmer for a minute and switch off the heat. 6. Pour this mixture into moulds or glasses. 7. Garnish with chopped cashews. Refrigerate the glasses for 2 hours. 8.
