How bad are your allergies usually? Are you sneezing everyday or more of once in a while?

It depends on the time of year and what I’m doing. In the summer I’m just constantly sneezing and sneezing and sneezing (I’m allergic to tree/grass/weed pollen, so basically all of spring/summer). I tend to wake up super sneezy then it calms down when I take antihistamines- but some days, with a very high pollen count, I can’t stop either way. Those are working from home days! 🤧🤧🤧
Otherwise, it’s things like if I’m out in public in a confined space (on a train, in a lift, in the cinema etc) and someone’s wearing perfume, or at a wedding with lots of flowers, or someone has an unexpected pet at their house. Or if I’m inducing for whatever reason - I have a few things I’m allergic to that I use on purpose to make me sneeze.
Even without all of the above I just sneeze a few times pretty much every day, just randomly, not related to anything. I find it *fascinating* that people can go for days at a time without sneezing.
And…I just sneezed! 🤣🤧
