Gravitas - Weapon Ref

Hey peeps!

Here’s a tiny break from commission-posting with another RWBY ref sheet!

This time it’s the weapon of my lovely OC, Kaldera Avant of Team KOHL, who’s based on the idiom “Pot Calling the Kettle Black”

I heard pots and kettles and wanted to make a witch themed character wielding either a broomstick or cauldron-esque weapon, which eventually evolved into Gravitas, a combination pogo stick/rocket launcher Kaldera can swing around with reckless abandon

It’s taken me a WHILE to make a weapon design that feels somewhat adjacent to the show proper, but I think I’ve finally done it, and I’m so happy!! Now, it’s onto the rest of my main OC team in hopes to get them all developed enough for ArtFight :)

fantasy novel wip has officially crossed the 10k mark since i started the new draft with the new outline last month. gotten less writing done than i would have wished but when i am able to sit down to write i'm getting a lot more done than i had previously.
